Sara Sevigny is a Chicago based actor, singer, improviser, and playwright. Sara's theater credits include work with Broadway Playhouse, Chicago Children's Theatre, About Face, TimeLine, and The Hypocrites. She won her first Equity Joseph Jefferson Award for Supporting Actress in a Musical in 2007 for Porchlight Music Theatre's production 'Assassins' as well as Strawdog Theater Company's Best Ensemble award winning 'Marathon '33'.Sara resides as an ensemble member and playwright with The Factory Theater in Chicago, where 'Zombie Broads' (her latest collaboration with writing partner Corrbette Pasko) will go up next October. She and Corri have created a new YouTube series, 'Get In The Car'.
